We had several pool companies come and give us ideas and quotes for a pool at our house in Mosman.

In fairness, it was always going to be a challenge as access down the side for machinery and the like is impossible-

Of all the companies, by far the best Sales advisor was Barrie Compton from Premier. He certainly knows his business and does not beat around the bush. We are delighted we met Barrie as the photos of our end result will highlight.

Once we agreed to build with Premier we were introduced to the very efficient back office support team directed by Claire and with their help we moved things along quickly. Once we had the green light from council I finally met the man himself- Justin – Second generation pool builder within the business his father Klaus founded some 30 years ago.

Justin is so calm and the many years experience shines through in the way he goes about things. The team that came through for every phase of the build was superb- I cannot fault a single person that was on site- Their professionalism and skill was frankly the finest I have ever seen- Well done guys- please share this with the entire team and wish them all a Merry Christmas and all the best for 2015.

I just wanted to say again, many thanks for the work you guys have done. The pool workmanship is outstanding and we are unbelievably happy with the result.

You guys have been sensational from day 1 and Steve has always been friendly, professional and patient.

This also extends to the subcontractors who have always been well mannered and attentive. In speaking to a few of them whenever I got the chance, they always spoke highly of Premier which once again is a great indicator and refection of the company you guys run. The office staff have also been great to deal with – always helpful.

My wife and I were delighted with the work Premier Pools did for us. We went into the project knowing nothing and ended up with a beautiful, cost-effective pool that our whole family (and all our friends) love to use. The biggest advantage we found with Premier is that they coordinate nearly all the work that goes into the project — not just the pool but the landscaping, fencing, whatever else you decide to do as part of the project. That meant that we just had to sit back and watch it all happen. We got frequent updates and visits from Premier’s manager, who was never too busy to answer a question. We used Premier Pools in 2015, completing prior to summer almost 18 months ago.
The team who built the pool were very good and we are very happy with the result. We got what we paid for and the family loves the pool.
What has stood out since however has been the amazing post sales service from Damien and the team. The training post installation and help in explaining and fixing certain things to a first time pool owner showed a dedication to the customer that is rare today. They went to another level 12 months after completion when Damien fixed a problem we had while we were away on holidays (caused by me) and he spent hours cleaning it up.

We had 3 quotes for our pool. The quotes varied and as we delved further into the quotes we found that ultimately Premier Pools had actually included all costs, while with the other companies there would have been a lot of variations to bring up the quote to the extent of the Premier Pools quote. We are thrilled that we have chosen Premier Pools to do our pool. We liked Damien from our very first meeting. His honesty and integrity shone through, which has been through all staff in the company we have dealt with. His patience is commendable too! We had a very tumultuous time with our renovations and Damien was able to ‘go with the flow’ when it impacted on the pool’s journey. He often had to repeat what he was saying to me and never got frustrated! Other trades commented on what a fantastic job the Premier Pools team did as they dug the hole and cemented the frame of the pool.
